VeraTech Aero's engineering department maintains a sophisticated library of design software for electronic circuit design, CAD lay up for PCB's and plastic tooling design, and flight simulation software. VeraTech Aero's tooling lab can fabricate sophisticated tooling for custom molded plastics and machined accessories. We are also able to manufacture in-house tooling and test fixtures. Our prototype area can rapidly produce pre production models or custom, one of a kind prototypes and machined assemblies. VeraTech Aero has over 15,000 square feet of manufacturing dedicated to high tech electronic circuit assembly, plastic injection molding, and close tolerance machining. We support our production lines with custom built in-circuit test equipment, manufacturing machinery and fixtures. Our vertically integrated approach to project management insures an integral quality control from product concept, through research and feasibility, to electronic and mechanical design, prototyping, testing, and efficient volume production.
